T&I Grafix will never sell or give away your email address or any other information.
All quotes (printed or verbal) are valid for 30 days. If a job is brought in over a month since you received the estimate, the price of the job may change.
ALL payments are due upon receipt of an invoice that will be emailed to you. There is no such thing as Net 30, 60 or 90. When the job is finished; payment is immediately due.
Note that rush jobs can incur an extra charge of 10% over our normal hourly fee depending on our schedule, the size of the job and turnaround time. And not all rush jobs are doable. We will always try our best to get a rush job done for you, but if we cannot do it, we will let you know upfront as best as we can. For all rush jobs, or jobs with a tight deadline, PLEASE let us know as soon as possible that you will have a job coming in so we can schedule extra time for your project. Assuming a last minute job can always be done is a mistake. On occasion, last minute jobs cannot be done when you need them, so please let us know asap.
Should a project that is in progress come to a stop for client reasons or without any notification whatsoever, that project will no longer have priority if other jobs have been accepted because the job was put on hold suddenly. We willdo our best to get it done as soon as possible, but note that if you stop your job and come back to it a onth later, do not expect that we can jus pick up where we left off. When you confirm that T&I Grafix is going to be doing your project and the deposit is made, we set aside a chunk of time for your project. It is up to you to keep the job moving along. Now if you happen to know that some content iscoming in late or if there is another reason why the job is put on hold, let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you as best we can.
Any jobs that are just dropped without warning or without reason will remain the property of T&I Grafix and all the work to date MUST be paid promptly. So please make sure that if you hire us for a project that you have most of your content, photos, art, logo, etc. - whatever you might need for your web site. If you are unsure, just ask us!
