Development Progress
Magnolia Gardens, BHA’s largest public housing property, will be completely redeveloped and will result in three
distinct properties: Regent I, Pointe North and Regent II. These properties will be state-of-the-art, mixed-income
housing for renters and homeowners.
Carleton Construction, KAI Architects, Abt Associates and BHA staff worked together to create the
Magnolia Gardens redevelopment plan.This plan creates a safe, high quality and healthy residential environment with a
range of housing types that are fully integrated with the surrounding community.
